CCEs and CLEs

The Keeping Children Safe from Family Violence Act, also known as “Kaydens Law” was signed into federal law by President Biden in 2022.

Given that states are rapidly adopting Kayden’s law, this training is being mandated in a growing number of states. In preparation, we are actively working to get CLE approval in all states. Even if this training is not yet mandated in your area, it is essential for all judges, custody evaluators, and other family court professionals.

To ensure your entire team is prepared and aligned with emerging standards, take advantage of our group pricing options—an efficient and cost-effective way to train your full staff at once.
